Аннотация: Аномалии строения нижней полой вены встречаются у 3% в популяции, при этом наиболее распространенная - ее удвоение. В данном исследовании представлен случай, когда пациенту с удвоением НПВ пришлось установить два кава-фильтра по поводу тромбоза глубоких вен левой нижней конечности и флотирующего тромба в просвете левой наружной подвздошной вены, выявленного при дуплексном сканировании. В описанном случае необходимость установки двух кава-фильтров была очевидна, поскольку в случае отрыва тромб беспрепятственно мог мигрировать из левой наружной подвздошной вены в проксимальном направлении, как через правую, так и через левую нижнюю полую вену.
